It's the season for special giveaways over at Digiarty, and this time it's the turn of WinX DVD Ripper Platinum. It's a program for Windows which allows you to rip DVD discs to any one of 300 different formats, so you can play your purchased movies on your PC, phone, tablet and so on. The latest version is, I'm told, a major rewrite of previous incarnations, so should be faster and more accurate than before.
The program costs almost $60, but it's available for free until April 10th. Once you've downloaded the 38 MB installer file, you then need to install the software before April 15th. It's then yours to keep and use forever.
The installer is malware-free according to VirusTotal, and the download site HERE is rated as reputable by Web of Trust.
